Mozart Academy is an educational and artistic institution that set out to promote, popularize and popularize contemporary art branches such as polyphonic music, theater, opera and ballet, and to carry music education in our country to international standards by supporting it with creative projects that have never been tried before.
In addition to its art education activities, its main goals include organizing opera and ballet performances and concerts, especially for children, organizing national and international courses, seminars, interviews, panel discussions, symposiums, festivals, celebrations, competitions, awards, participating in national and international events in these fields, producing joint projects and publishing publications.
In order to achieve its goals, the institution, which has a distinguished teaching staff consisting of Opera, Orchestra and Ballet artists of Izmir State Opera and Ballet, Izmir Symphony Orchestra artists and Izmir State Theatre artists, implements an education program at the same standards as equivalent institutions in Europe in order to ensure that our children become happy individuals in the future and to increase their success in life.
FOUNDERS
He was born in Istanbul in 1975. In 1996, he won the DEU State Conservatory, Department of Performing Arts, Opera Department and graduated with honors in 2001. During his conservatory years, he continued his studies with İZDOB Soloists Ayşe Tek YENAL (Soprano), Tevfik RODOS (Bass), Elif UÇKAN (Soprano) and after his graduation, he continued his studies with İZDOB soloists Cengiz SAYIN (Baritone) and Fahri ÖNOĞLU (Tenor).
The artist, who worked as an instructor and manager in many art institutions in Izmir, took part in joint projects with many non-governmental organizations serving children and provided voluntary training during these duties.
In 2002, he worked as a soloist artist at the Izmir State Theatre, and between 2003 and 2010, he worked as a chorus artist (Tenor) at the Izmir State Opera and Ballet. In 2004, he started his career as a vocal, hearing and chorus instructor at the Theatre, Opera and Ballet Foundation TOBAV Izmir Branch, and upon his successes, he was appointed as the director of the institution in 2006. During his 9-year tenure as an instructor for 3 years, instructor for 6 years and director, he prepared countless students for music school exams and achieved nearly 100% success. During his tenure as director, he ensured that new departments were opened in the Foundation's artistic education field, as well as a significant increase in the number of students and the highest level of education quality. He also provided chorus and hearing training to many students at the same institution on a voluntary basis.
The project named “Listen to My Voice”, which he created and implemented and which was entitled to receive a grant from İzmir Development Agency and aims to provide 70 disadvantaged children with a profession in the field of music, was among İZKA’s most appreciated projects.
In 2011, he resigned from his position as TOBAV İzmir Branch Manager and founded MOZART ACADEMY with his opera singer wife Fatma CİNPİR. He has also signed many projects and festivals that have made a worldwide impact in his own art institution, the Academy. He has successfully realized and continues to organize events such as Carmina Burana Project, Harry Potter Opera Project, Jessy Musical, Mozart Academy İzmir Polyphonic Choirs Festival, Mozart Academy International Piano Competition and Festival. The artist has two children named Kerem and Doğa.
She was born in 1978 in Izmir. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in Izmir, she passed the exam opened by Dokuz Eylül University State Conservatory and became a student of Nurdan Küçükekmekçi, Ayşe Te Yenal and Müfit Bayraşa in the Department of Performing Arts, Opera Main Art Branch Voice Department. After graduating in 2001, she worked as a voice, solfeggio and hearing instructor in many institutions. Since 2002, she has worked as a Choirmaster and Hearing Instructor in the Izmir Branch of the State Theaters, Opera and Ballet Employees Assistance Foundation (TOBAV). She started working as a Choir Instructor in 2002 and continued for 10 years in TOBAV and then in the Izmir Opera and Ballet Children's Choir. During her long years as a Choir Instructor, she participated in many choir festivals and received awards. She worked as a Choir Artist in the Izmir Opera and Ballet between 2004-2012. She received an achievement award from the Ministry of Culture during this duty and her duties in the Izdob Children's Choir.
While she was coaching the Tobav and Izdob Children's Choir, she prepared and staged many choral works, including the Max-Moritz Stage Cantata, the Incigul Operetta, the Carmina Burana Stage Cantata Children's Choir Part, the Tosca Opera Children's Choir Part, the La Boheme Opera Children's Choir Part, the Carmen Opera Children's Choir Part, and the Yusuf and Züleyha Opera Children's Choir Part. The artist, who founded the Mozart Academy Music Center with her opera singer husband in 2012, currently coaches the Children's and Youth Choirs of the academy.
